We hired Flow Drywall for a large, complex renovation that unfolded over many months in an older home with plenty of quirks — uneven framing, layers of previous repairs, and challenging architectural details. From start to finish, their work was exceptional. Their attention to detail was second to none. Every seam, corner, and patch was finished to perfection, and the final result looks seamless across new and old construction alike. They consistently showed up on time, kept the work area clean, and coordinated with our demanding work schedules. We are so grateful that we found Damien. He was super responsive to inquiries and messages. We had to make schedule adjustments and he was very accommodating in a time when the industry is so busy. That was just the starting place. He knocked out our entire basement in a week and a half. That was drywall repair, new drywall on several newly framed walls as well as all of the ceilings, and repair/ texture matching in the stairwell. He communicated the whole project and gave detailed instructions for how to seal and care for it properly. His work is truly impeccable and worth every penny. If your experience is anything like mine, it can be difficult to find a drywall contractor that you trust to do high quality work, and I'm relieved that I was able to find Damien and DJ. Overall, the work was done to a high standard with strong attention to detail. They did a comprehensive fix on my finished basement where almost all, if not all, joints had not been tapped and butt joints were not properly staggered. All the walls seem more secure, joints seem stronger, and the work is noticeable better. While the experience was not perfect, nothing is, Damien and DJ were both accountable and worked with me to provide great service. I'd recommend them to any friends or family needing work, and intend to hire them again for a future job. ~ David

We had some water damage on a textured ceiling. I had Flow Drywall come out to repair it. I don't know exactly what I was expecting, but I was very impressed. The work took several hours, the tech covered the floors, then put up a plastic wall around the entire area, ceiling to floor. The work was pretty messy, dust and bits of drywall, but there was no mess when everything was done. I'm looking at the spot right now, and even though it needs painting the area blends perfectly with the rest of the ceiling. Flow Drywall wasn't the cheapest quote, I chose them for several reasons: the owner was responsive, provided a detailed quote and arranged for an appointment in a few days. Water damage can be very tricky, I didn't want to have a repair done and then have to tear it all out later, so I was very selective. I was not at all disappointed. ~ Tina E

I couldn’t be more pleased that I found Flow Drywall through my own internet search. Everything about my project from estimate to completion was done quickly and to the highest standard. Communication was efficient every step of the way. I never had to wonder if they would show up or get the work done. They just did what they promised on the timeline that was established. Called Flow Drywall based on pictures and other reviews. We had a ceiling repair where some pieces of drywall needed patched. It was high up on a vaulted ceiling so it was a challenging repair that required them bringing in scaffolding to do the job. Damien gave me a very competitive bid and based on several conversations with him I felt he was the right company to go with. They did not disappoint. They were able to finish in one day which was very helpful. We were extremely happy with the work and they took extreme care to ensure everything was done right. Flow Drywall completed a partial renovation on our home, and we can't be more satisfied. Damien is on-time, professional, and has an impeccable eye for detail. I appreciate his honesty and thoroughness. He explained in the beginning that he only focuses on drywall, and I respect that. He was more than accommodating with our requests and went above and beyond in his walkthroughs calling out areas that would be problematic and providing us with a punch list of items to correct in order to make the installation as seamless as possible. I highly recommend Flow drywall if you are looking to install/add/repair drywall. We learned the hard way first by choosing a very inexpensive company to drywall one of the rooms in our basement. We got what we paid for with a sloppy job. When we decided to drywall the other two rooms I had Damien come out with Flow to assess the job and provide a quote. The amount was very reasonable and we talked through options. One we pulled the trigger it was smooth sailing. Damien and his team at Flow were, hands down, the most communicative and thorough group of people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. They did an incredible job removing all of the popcorn ceilings from our home we had just purchased (their prep work alone was mind-bogglingly meticulous), and Damien was quick and patient to answer all of my many, many questions, stupid or otherwise! I cannot recommend them enough. They even flawlessly patched the holes that had been cut out of various walls by the previous owners, which was an added bonus. Damien couldn’t have been more of a pleasure to work with. He was responsive to questions leading up to the repair work. He was prompt and on time with scheduling, with both time to come assess the work and day of, to repair. He was always available by phone or email when needed. The work he did in my home is stellar, and my wife and I couldn’t be happier to finally have our water damaged drywall ceilings fixed. Edit 7/21: I asked Damien to come out again because I needed a bit more work done anda I had concerns with the finish of some areas. He came out and noticed quite a few things that needed to be redone. Him and DJ spent 2 days re mudding, sanding, and texturing the whole basement and it turned out drastically better. I highly recommend Flow Drywall. Damien not being satisfied with the quality of work done previously due to unfortunate circumstances with a former employee and spending the time redoing everything is just a testament for how he runs his business. 10/10! I was having a tough time finding someone that could reinstall drywall after having to cut a bunch out due to mold in a new house I purchased. I found Flow Drywall and Damien came out and gave me a very fair quote to finish it all out. He was busy but did his best to fit me into his schedule promptly as it was a job I needed done asap. We had Flow Drywall/Damien come to tape and texture our main bathroom this past week. The whole process from initially meeting with Damien to him completing the project went incredibly smooth. He was able to complete the project in two days and the results are really impressive. He not only tape/textured new drywall, he also perfectly matched it to the existing knockdown pattern so there's no noticeable pattern difference. We had an incredible experience with Flow Drywall! Damien is a great communicator, very prompt and professional. I can’t believe what a difference his work has made! He placed drywall over some uneven paneling in our old home and made it look so smooth and even. His work is top notch and he is so kind. I worked with Damien back in early July for a bathroom ceiling project. My husband and I were expecting our first child and were desperately trying to complete projects before our due date. When we purchased our home from some flippers, they neglected to use the correct paint on the bathroom ceiling, and so the result after 1 year in the home was peeling and cracking paint. We'd repainted the ceiling twice with special paint that was supposed to seal the cracks, but since the first coat was done improperly, the result was cracking every-time. Damien was able to make it out within a few days of our initial phone call. He quoted the repair (stripping down to the drywall, repainting and texturing. He was super clean, extremely prompt, polite and even brought in packages for me that were too heavy to carry. He was able to match the wall texture nearly perfectly. More importantly, it's been months and we haven't seen hide not hair of these pesky paint cracks. I couldn't recommend this company (and Damien) more highly. Damien was very quick to come out to provide a quote for the job- and he beat his competitors on price. That did not impact the quality of the work whatever- DJ worked incredibly hard all week and was willing to stay over the weekend to finish the job by Monday, and before Christmas. Damien did a fantastic job taping and texturing as well as rematching to existing texture in our main bathroom. He was extremely professional and left the bathroom in a cleaner state than when he arrived. The whole job was completed in two days and we're thrilled to be able to begin the next phase of our renovation.
